Northlake, Ill. -- Empire Today was honored as winner in the Voice of the Customer and Overall Business Impact categories in the 2019 Confirmit’s Achievement in Customer Excellence (ACE) Awards, which recognize companies with remarkable performance and achievements in customer experience. This is the second year in a row that Empire was recognized as a winner in the Voice of the Customer category for its innovation within its customer experience program.
This year, Empire also earned the Judge’s Choice Award, a recognition reserved only for the top submissions within each category. The judges applauded Empire for its efforts to drive the highest customer satisfaction by focusing on overcoming the barriers to customers’ purchases—in turn, generating improved revenue growth for the company.

The overall Voice of the Customer award recognizes businesses which develop a strategic approach for listening to their customers and which act upon that voice to drive change and deliver true value into their organizations.
