Manchester, N.H. -- CCA Global Partners announced that the 17th Annual Alan Greenberg Charity Golf Tournament that took place on Sept. 18 at the scenic Barnsley Gardens Resort raised $140,0000 for the Floor Covering Industry Foundation (FCIF). This annual golfing event raises funds that will support the foundation in their efforts to financially assist those who are, or have been, affiliated with the floor covering industry and have experienced a life-altering hardship, like catastrophic illness or a severe disability.

“The FCIF is such a worthy cause and we are proud to help support our floor covering family through this event,” said Howard Brodsky, chairman and co-CEO of CCA Global Partners. “I’m so thankful for all our partners and those that made this year’s event spectacular.”

Rick Bennet, co-CEO of CCA Global Partners, added, “This event is a great way of bringing the industry together to give back. It’s great to see what we can do when we work together.”

In addition to raising funds for the FCIF, the event brings manufacturers, distributors, retailers, industry trade associations, and individuals from within the floor covering industry, along with supporters from related industries, together for networking and camaraderie. Their contributions to the FCIF—whether through participation in the tournament or event sponsorships—help the foundation make a difference in many individuals’ lives.

“This is the largest fundraiser for the FCIF each year,” said Charlie Dilks, chief product officer at CCA Global Partners and chairman of the FCIF Board. “Without this event, we wouldn’t be able to help nearly as many people as we do and I’m so thankful to CCA for coordinating this event each year.”
