High Performance Silica Extraction from Oneida Air CC500

Designed to minimize silica dust exposure for an OSHA compliant work site, the patent-pending CC500 from Oneida Air Systems is a portable cyclonic dust extractor with HEPA filtration, adjustable height mobility stand, and Longopac Mini bag compatibility. The unit’s unique cyclone shape delivers continuous suction power and longer run times than leading competitors, enhancing user efficiency on the job site.

With three onboard motors, equating to 5HP (230V), and 465 CFM, the CC500 Dust Extractor can power through concrete grinding and edging. Its 40 square feet of HEPA filter media is 99.97% efficient at 0.3 microns, exceeding the OSHA standard for concrete cleanup. The CC500 is made of industrial-gauge steel and is fitted to a heavy duty mobility cart. A rear foot pedal on the cart collapses the unit from its full operational height of 65 in. to 51 in., allowing it to be easily transported in a standard commercial van.
