Välinge reported a record number of granted patents, new patent applications and a constantly growing number of licensees in 2019.
After a company record of more than 800 new patents was granted to Välinge in 2019, the company’s patent portfolio today includes more than 3,100 granted patents that are in force. From an R&D perspective, 2019 was also an intensive year with 19 new patent families related to new materials, locking technologies for flooring, walls and furniture as well as surface technologies.
