The 7th Annual Show House is a custom three-bedroom home designed by Serenbe Planning & Design and built by award-winning builder South Haven with interior selections by Lorraine Enwright of Intuitive Dwellings, lead Show House designer. Eight of Atlanta’s top interior designers will be featured throughout the home, from the quintessential covered front porch, through the expansive foyer with light-filled ceilings, to the screened back porch.

Lorraine chose some true showstoppers and suggested unique ways for install to really make our products shine in the Show House. I cannot wait to see the house opening day,” says Emily Holle, MSI director of trend and design.
The 2020 Serenbe Designer Show House is open for tours September 10 – October 4, Thursday-Sunday, 10am to 4pm with Private Tours available for bookings on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
