The organizing committee for Cevisama, the International fair for the ceramic tile, bathroom equipment and natural stone industries, agreed to re-schedule the upcoming edition of the fair to May 24-28, 2021. The aim of postponing is to hold the event in a more stable environment that ensures exhibitors do business and fosters attendance by buyers and specifiers.
The fair’s organizers, Feria Valencia, consulted both clients and their trade associations and found that the majority felt that the industry does need Cevisama as a key sales platform and promotional tool, especially following a year in which all the major international trade fairs had to be cancelled because of the Covid-19 pandemic. The majority feeling also, however, was that given the way the health crisis has evolved over the last few months, it would be unwise to stage Cevisama on the dates the organizers had been working towards thus far, February 8-12, 2021.
