HomeSphere, a residential construction industry homebuilder network, has a national partnership with The Home Depot. Through the partnership, HomeSphere builders will save on purchases made in-store and on online, and will be eligible for Home Depot’s Pro Xtra loyalty program.

“The Home Depot is the first major retailer to team up with HomeSphere’s leading network of local home builders,” said HomeSphere CEO Glenn Renner. “It opens up easy savings opportunities to our builders.”

HomeSphere has offered its network of nearly 2,700 homebuilders incentives from building product manufacturers for 20 years, the company says. The Pro Xtra program through Home Depot includes access to Home Depot’s Pro Desk, volume pricing on purchases over $1,500, up to 20% on paints, stains, and primers with lower spend thresholds for discounts, free color-matching, jobsite delivery, and purchase tracking, among other benefits which include a perks program.

“Our builders not only gain tremendous value from the combination of our two programs, but they also gain access to additional experts and resources in their markets. HomeSphere’s regional market specialists and The Home Depot’s national sales team stand at the ready to help them get more done,” said Renner. “It’s a win-win-win relationship.”
