HomeSphere, a marketplace connecting residential homebuilders and building product manufacturers, has promoted Dave Sacchetti to vice president of Builder Sales.

Sacchetti’s promotion is part of an overall expansion of HomeSphere’s sales and customer success efforts. In the new role, he will oversee the company’s field sales, inside sales, customer success and direct rebate management teams.

“In his four years with HomeSphere, Dave has shown himself to be a strong leader, relationship builder and innovator,” said HomeSphere president Greg Schwarzer. “With Dave leading our builder sales and customer success efforts, we will rapidly grow our customer base and expand the HomeSphere ecosystem in new ways.”

Under Sacchetti’s leadership, HomeSphere’s builder team will continue to support the company’s 2,600+ home builders and help them leverage all of HomeSphere’s available homebuilder solutions, including its new direct rebate management offering, so they can save time and earn additional revenue.

Sacchetti joined HomeSphere in 2017 as a regional market specialist before moving into the role of east regional sales manager, where he worked to secure and retain builder relationships. In 2019, the company promoted Sacchetti to director of builder sales, where he oversaw the regional market specialist team and inspired its success in 2020.
