Välinge Innovation has announced the addition of Ben Goodman, Cheryle Mundy and Mark Machnicki to its North American team.

Goodman will serve as business development manager. “I am very excited to join such an esteemed organization leading their respective segment of the flooring industry in innovation and technological advancements. I am confident that we can showcase our technology and capabilities to the North American market in a way that will further advance Välinge as the leader in the flooring technologies segment while enhancing all levels of the value chain for our business partners.”

Mundy and Machnicki are experienced in sales and will help to support the company's growing demand in the U.S. market driven by the launch of its Flooring Hardened Wood Floor collection.

Mundy will focus on Välinge sales and support in the East.

Machnicki also joins the team as a sales manager, taking responsibility for the Midwest. He has over 20 years of experience working with wood flooring manufacturers, distribution, and retailers. “I knew that Välinge’s entry to manufacturing wood flooring would create an unprecedented product — and my first opportunity to see and install the product confirmed my beliefs,” said Machnicki.
