Taylor Adhesives announced that its parent company Meridian Adhesive Group has acquired Frontier Products, Inc., a manufacturer of urethane and pressure-sensitive adhesives, based in Alvarado, Texas. Frontier will join Taylor and Polycom as part of an expanding flooring division for Meridian. 

“I’m especially excited to be bringing Frontier into the Meridian Flooring Division to work alongside Taylor and Polycom,” said Paul Murfin, President of Taylor and Meridian’s Flooring Division. “Frontier helps expand our product and brand portfolio and further increases our leadership position in the flooring adhesives space.”

Frontier has been in business more than 40 years. In addition to creating competitively priced urethane and pressure-sensitive adhesives, the company also provides custom solutions, such as color changes, curing speeds and private labeling.
