One Source Commercial Flooring, a full-service commercial flooring installation company based in Plano, Texas, announced that James Potts, PE, has joined the company as its CEO. Potts brings extensive construction and contracting experience and will continue building upon One Source’s successful 28-year history by executing the company’s commitment to continued growth and innovation.
Potts has more than 25 years of contracting experience. Prior to joining One Source, he was senior vice president of operations for Indianapolis-based ERMCO,one of the top electrical, systems, and automation contractors in the United States. Prior to working with ERMCO, James held leadership roles, including president of Thomas J Dyer Company based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and positions such as project manager, director of operations, and construction planner.
