Stanton Carpet Corporation, the Woodbury, New York-based supplier of decorative carpet, custom rugs and luxury vinyl plank, has announced that it has partnered with Rye, New York-based Dunes Point Capital, a middle-market family office and private investment firm with approximately $1 billion in capital under management.
Dunes Point Capital has acquired the business from Quad-C Management along with substantial investments from Jonathan and Sy Cohen as well as the management team. The announcement was made today by Stanton CEO and President Jonathan Cohen.
