Bobby Berk, design expert and Emmy-nominated host of Netflix’s Queer Eye, is collaborating with Karastan to create a stylish and timeless rug collection that inspires beautiful living. The collection will be featured at the grand opening of the Karastan showroom at High Point Market in October.

“Bobby brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity and a fresh market perspective to one of the most trusted and respected brands in the industry,” said Rocky Casteel, president of Mohawk Home. “Working with him has been a pleasure. We are so excited to see his collection come to life and discover how it inspires people in their own design journeys.”

High Point Market is a celebratory event that is a space to create the latest ideas in home furnishings and for professionals to build successful business relationships. High Point Market is where tomorrow’s homes are imagined, given form and brought to life by home furnishings industry leaders and innovators, such as Bobby Berk.

“As a designer who creates spaces for living, it was no question that partnering with Karastan was an ideal collaboration for me,” Berk said. “Rugs are the foundation of a space. With this collection, I want to bring the consumer timeless, fresh, easy and approachable pieces that can work in any space or style. This was an opportunity to create styles for a variety of customers to meet their home décor desires. Bringing my customers happiness in a space they create is something I can now share with Karastan. The rugs are pieces that I have designed knowing that I would put them in my own home. They will keep you, and your space, grounded.”

The Bobby Berk collection features several styles and constructions. Bobby Berk rugs will range from woven rugs made of soft, renewably resourced SmartStrand and rugs crafted of Permastrand to imported rugs.
