Broadlume set the stage for FloorCon 2021 on Wednesday, November 17, literally, to mimic a rock concert with a wide range of upbeat music, colorful stage lighting and smoke special effects. The powerhouse lineup of speakers discussed everything from consumer expectations to digital marketing to leadership, but the highlight of the show was the official reveal of the new all-in-one marketing and business platform for flooring dealers.
The new program is designed to assist flooring dealers with all their business and marketing needs, preparing them for the changing needs of the flooring consumer. With the launch of the game-changing technology for retailers plus a jam-packed agenda, day two of the show offered another round of business-boosting guidance.
Joe Gibbs, former three-time NFL champion and owner of Joe Gibbs Racing in the Nascar circuit, was the keynote speaker on Thursday, offering advice on how to conduct business in order to be successful while telling humorous stories about the NFL and Nascar worlds.
Four education sessions, taking place throughout the day, dove into topics such as merchandising techniques, building a strong team, buying and selling businesses, and FloorForce, Broadlume’s website and marketing platform, that is a huge part of its new all-in-one program.
