Bill Storey has joined The Dixie Group (TDG) as regional vice president of sales for the Midwest region effective April 1, 2022. His region will extend from Wisconsin to Ohio in the north to Northern Mississippi and Northern Alabama in the south. He will be responsible for driving growth and share gain in all brands and all segments of business. As it is all of Dixie's current RVPs, Storey will also have input into product development, marketing, and sales strategies, according to T.M. Nuckols, Jr., president, TDG Residential.

Bill is a well known, highly respected, and very talented leader in our industry. He spent the last two years with Empower Partners, focused on training and coaching flooring industry professionals. Prior to that, he spent 33 years with Karastan, starting as a territory manager before being promoted through several leadership positions, ultimately to senior vice president of Fashion Brands for Mohawk. Bill brings a wealth of knowledge and a very good understanding of the high end residential market. And, he brings very strong relationships with many high end retailers in the Midwest region and across North America.

With the sale of our commercial business last year, and the change in home center strategies going forward, TDG is now completely focused on driving growth in the specialty retail and designer channels.
