J+J Flooring presents The Mirror Image, a new Kinetex flooring collection featuring four textural styles that are inspired by textile visuals.
Parallels offers the look of a multi-loop textile with tone-on-tone neutrals. Carbon Copy’s loosely defined linear pattern renders visual texture. Reflections emulates a traditional densely tufted woven fabric, while Renewal mimics an organic motif against a tonal woven background. Each of the styles in The Mirror Image Collection offer four classic neutral shades that are the perfect backdrop for a variety of commercial spaces.
Kinetex products are manufactured with J+J Flooring’s High-Def Color Technology that provides crisp color, vibrant patterns, and dimensional design that rivals soft surface flooring.
Offered in 24” X 24” tiles, The Mirror Image Collection can be paired with J+J’s carpet, LVT and other Kinetex styles providing even more solutions for commercial installations and projects. Kinetex, an award-winning textile composite flooring product, provides the warmth and feel of a soft surface with the durability and maintenance attributes of a hard surface and has a 50 percent lower environmental impact than traditional flooring. Kinetex contains no less than 45 percent post-consumer recycled content. One box of Kinetex contains the equivalent of 492 plastic water bottles, with one 24” x 24” tile equaling 27 plastic bottles.
Kinetex products are NSF 140 Platinum certified an have an EPD and a HPD available for complete transparency. Additionally, J+J Flooring has met the verification requirements for carbon neutral products by purchasing offsets for 100 percent of its publicly reported A1-A3 GWP values for all annual production of Kinetex. Kinetex is also DECLARE Red List Free.
Kinetex products will perform in elevated RH slabs up to 100% with a pH of 11. The breathable nature of this product allows moisture to pass through the backing rather than trap it underneath. This method of vapor transmission allows Kinetex to be installed without costly moisture mitigation. Kinetex products also offer extreme stain resistance and the ability to withstand 5 million foot traffics with minimal wear. The lifecycle cost of ownership is less than that of rubber, LVT, and VCT.
