More than 200 women convened for the Women of CCA Luncheon held at the CCA Global Retail Convention in Nashville, Tennessee, today. The networking organization, which includes women of all divisions and CCA corporate offices, meets monthly via Zoom for education and networking. 

"Most importantly, it's a place we can come together to answer questions. It's such a unique segment in the flooring industry—women—and it's a comfortable place and a place to learn and grow," said Vice President of CCA Global University Nicole Harding.

The event included professional development with a StandOut strengths assessment and a surprise appearance by singer-songwriter Meghan Linsey who was a runner up on NBC's The Voice.
