Gerflor USA, the American subsidiary of French resilient supplier Gerflor, has named managing directors for its Gerflor, Connor Sports, and Sport Court businesses. Jeff Krejsa will lead Gerflor, Doug Grove will lead Connor Sports, and Ryan Day will lead Sport Court. 

In their new roles, each managing director will have responsibility for sales, marketing, strategy, operations, and customer service within their respective businesses.

“As we continue to grow in North America, both organically and through acquisition, we want to ensure an absolute focus on contributing to our customers’ success,” said Benjamin Bachman, CEO of Gerflor North America. “We need to be agile and flexible, adjusting our organization to meet the market’s needs best. The changes are a step in our continuing efforts to develop a winning culture and a championship team.”

Krejsa, Grove, and Day have been part of the Gerflor USA executive team for the last three years, holding sales, marketing, and strategy positions. Each will continue to report to Bachman.
