Crown Products, Inc., a distributor of flooring and flooring installation products based in Bloomington, Minnesota, announced the acquisition of All Tile Carpet Cushions & Supplies, a flooring distributor in Wood Dale, Illinois. Founded in 1947, All Tile CCS has 24 locations across 14 states.

“The merger of All Tile CCS with Crown Products significantly expands our flooring and sundries distribution leadership in the Midwest and Mountain West regions," said Crown CEO John DeYoung. “The merger with All Tile CCS provides our customers with a vast product selection and expertise combined with convenient locations and great customer service in order to ensure their success,” said DeYoung.

In June 2022, Shoreview Industries, a Minnesota-based private equity firm, purchased Crown Products from Wilsquare Capital, a private equity firm based in St. Louis, Missouri. In August 2022, Crown Products announced the acquisition of Blakely Products Company, a flooring distributor headquartered in Warren, Michigan, with seven locations in Michigan and Ohio.
