Online sample ordering will be fulfilled by the flooring manufacturers and distributors partnering with Broadlume which includes Bella Flooring Group, AHF Products, The Dixie Group, Hallmark Floors, JJ Haines, Stark, Deco Vita, Nourison and Revolution Mills. Customers will receive their chosen products in custom packaging direct from the manufacturer via next-day delivery. This option is placed directly onto the dealer's website. 

Additionally, it launched Broadlume Payments, a payment processing solution that includes:

  • Clear transparent pricing with no hidden fees. 2.79% for card present and 2.99% for card no present.
  • Integration into the dealer's website and flooring software, allowing you to accept payments online and via text
  • Data that goes right into your lead management and flooring software
  • 100% encrypted 

Broadlume Payments requires a $39.99 monthly fee; however, for the first 100 retailers who sign up, Broadlume is waiving 100% of the monthly terminal fee.
