Artaic launches the Lasting Rugs collection, which uses robotic technology to create the look of traditional area rugs with mosaic tile. Designers can create traditional, contemporary or eclectic rugs in vitreous glass, natural stone, glazed porcelain, or sintered glass tiles to be installed on floors, walls, ceilings, pools and exterior facades.
“With this collection, our goal was to find a way to get traditional woven rugs off the floor and celebrate these designs to their fullest potential,” said Kait Paradowski, Artaic’s new design director. “We were inspired by the intersection of innovation and ancient art form to create a collection that holds true to its name, offering unmatched durability and longevity that a traditional rug is unable to withstand.”
