There will be an entire pavilion dedicated to hand-made rugs at the 2023 International Surface Event (TISE). The boutique trade show on the Surfaces show floor, Cover Connect Las Vegas, will debut with nine rug brands in attendance. 

Exhibiting brands include: Design Materials Inc., an importer, distributor and workshop in Kansas City, Kansas, focused on flat-woven wool and sisal rugs; New York-based French Accents, maker of hand-knotted rugs; Kirkit from Istanbul, Turkey, which produces handmade designs and campaigns for good working conditions and social care of its weavers; Knots Rugs from London, England, with designs and collaborations ranging stylistically from abstract expressionism and art deco to antique Persian and minimalism; Pampas Leather of Plantation, Florida, which offers a range of rare and beautiful cowhides from the Argentinian Pampas directly to the buyer; Samad from East Rutherford, New Jersey, which produces decorative carpets that pays homage to the ancient art of rug making; Stark Studio Rugs in New York, which is a go-to brand for luxury residential and hospitality projects; Tamarian in Baltimore, Maryland, which imports Tibetan rugs to the United States; and the Tibet Rug Company in Salt Lake City, Utah, which offers Tibetan hand-knotted carpets with original, contemporary designs.
