The North American Laminate Flooring Association (NALFA) will host its second 2023 laminate inspector certification class on March 16, 2023, in Raleigh, North Carolina, in conjunction with the association’s annual spring meeting at North Carolina State University, which is an educational member and testing facility of NALFA. 

The class includes discussions on the Laminate Surface Swell Test – Assembled Joint developed by NALFA and adopted by the domestic and international laminate flooring industry.

Attendees will receive first-hand information from industry representatives, gain direct access to technical support, obtain, or renew inspector certificates, and become the preferred inspector choice for the whole laminate flooring industry.

The curriculum is a continuing education that will focus on lock systems, advances in laminate flooring manufacturing, noise claims, manufacturer’s installation requirements, water claims, best practices, manufacturing points of contact, inspection reporting, and certification testing.
