Impact Property Solutions Opens Charlotte, North Carolina Branch

Impact Property Solutions, a Dallas, Texas-based portfolio company of Blue Sage Capital has opened a branch in Charlotte, North Carolina. The new location is in the heart of the Charlotte and accessible to all multifamily and student housing assets in the metropolitan area.  

This announcement comes on the heels of Impact’s June 2022 acquisition of Multi Floors, which covers Raleigh-Durham and the broader east North Carolina area, and Impact’s September 2021 acquisition of Got You Floored in the Piedmont-Triad region. Impact’s opening of Charlotte showcases continued growth and the commitment to all of North Carolina.
