Horizon Forest Products, Custom Wholesale Floors, Heritage Forest Products, and Wood Pro, announced their merger into one company, Horizon Forest Products. The combined company will be headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, and will operate under the Horizon Forest Products name.

The merger brings together four companies with a shared vision to create a comprehensive, customer-focused supplier of quality hardwood flooring, and related building materials. The combined entity will have a stronger presence in the marketplace, offering an extensive product line, deeper expertise, and greater geographic coverage.
