On August 8, 1988, Novalis shipped its first container of luxury vinyl tile to the United States from China. Novalis founder Dr. Z.L. Wu sought to create a durable, versatile flooring option and began the research and development of sustainable luxury vinyl tile. Novalis flooring is now sold in more than 50 countries across six continents in a variety of commercial spaces and homes. Sustainability is on the forefront of the manufacturer’s approach to business.
