AHF Products, based in Mountville, Pennsylvania, reports that it has been discussing a potential combination with Crossville, the tile manufacturer based in Crossville, Tennessee, and has reached an agreement in principle to do so. 

"AHF believes Crossville is a strong brand with great history and would fit well with the AHF portfolio," the company said in a statement to FLOOR Trends & Installation. "We expect to close the transaction by mid-October."
