Karndean Designflooring, a supplier of premium LVT, announces the acquisition of the Go Resilient Canada luxury vinyl flooring assets. With the acquisition, Karndean continues its growth by expanding North America sales and operations, establishing the Karndean Designflooring Canada entity under its company umbrella.

Bill Anderson, Karndean CEO, says the acquisition represents a natural evolution of a longstanding partnership, creating a vertical integration that will benefit the Canadian market.
