Rob Starr, who served as director of marketing and member services with Starnet Commercial Flooring for nearly 10 years, passed away on February 3, 2024. Starr had been receiving cancer treatment for several months in private.

"Thank you to the Starnet community of members and vendors who reached out to Rob to let him know he was respected and loved," said Mark Bischoff, CEO, Starnet, in his letter to the flooring industry. 

He is survived by his wife, Nicole; daughter, Jillian, who is in her first year of college; and his son, Colby, who is a junior in high school. 

"All our lives are better for having known, worked, celebrated, and laughed with Rob Starr," Bischoff said.
