AHF Products introduces Crossville Beljn, a new porcelain tile collection that evokes the grandiose history of Belgium and is inspired by Belgium limestone. The tile features the almost maintenance free qualities and strength synonymous with porcelain.

Beljn is handcrafted in the U.S. and joins Crossville’s competitive in-stock program for quick fulfillment. Coupling the timely turnaround with its ability to move effortlessly between indoor and outdoor applications makes Beljn an excellent choice for commercial and residential projects.

With a European sensibility featuring white veining, coal lines, and even visible fossils, Beljn’s old school styling is modernized with a decidedly contemporary color and sizing. Sizes range from traditional 12”x24” to an expansive 24”x48”. Square and brick mosaics are available to complement spaces from a commercial shower to a residential backsplash.

Beljn is comprised of five hues ranging from light to dark, and is available in two finishes: unpolished, which features Crossville’s proprietary glazing technique, the unique FeatherSoft™ finish for an extraordinarily touchable surface, and a bush-hammered style exterior finish designed for grand scale and high fashion in outdoor spaces.

“Our new, unpolished finish, FeatherSoft, feels almost like finely woven cashmere underfoot. It is silky and smooth to the touch while maintaining an extremely high dynamic coefficient of friction rating, ” said Lindsey Waldrep, Vice President-Marketing for the Crossville brand. “This combination of aesthetics and technology makes Beljn a showstopper inside and out.”

Beljn is perfect for large scale commercial and residential installations including feature walls and expansive floor designs. The finely crafted porcelain stone also is an exceptional choice for outdoor installations, and is ideal for interior flooring, especially in kitchens, bathrooms, and mudrooms. It is suitable for use in wet applications, making it a popular choice for shower floors and walls.

Beljn is the latest addition to Crossville’s carbon neutral collections. Achieved by a combination of manufacturing improvements and carbon credits, Beljn is as good for the environment as it is good looking.

Porcelain is a popular alternative to natural stone, offering many similar benefits for both residential and commercial projects at a competitive price. Both natural stone and porcelain are resistant to scratching, staining and heat, but porcelain even more so. Porcelain is UV resistant and non-porous which means it will not fade, stain, harbor bacteria and mold, or need to be sealed. It is a great choice for many projects because it is harmonized in color and relatively low maintenance. Plus, trade professionals enjoy porcelain because it is easy to work with.

Established in 1986 as America’s first large-format porcelain tile brand, Crossville, located in Tennessee, is a leading American brand of beautiful, sustainable porcelain materials that advance the frontiers of tile design and performance. From producing the nation’s first large-format porcelain tiles, to becoming the first and only net consumer of tile waste materials (meaning they recycle more than they produce), to developing cutting-edge performance innovations in surfacing solutions, the Crossville brand continues to be at the forefront of innovation in the tile industry.
