Eagle Innovative Material Technology China CO., Ltd signs license agreement to use Välinge's reliable locking technology on its resilient products, starting with implementation of Välinge’s 5G technology in chevron products.

Eagle, majority owned by Hawk Machinery, the globally recognised manufacturer of flooring production equipment, is gearing up to launch its own production of high-quality SPC flooring. With state-of-the-art machinery in place, they are currently assembling an international sales team and are planning to reach a worldwide market. For this prestigious new product range, they’ve chosen Välinge's installation technology.

“Välinge's 5G technology is the most high-performing locking technology available,” said Edward Huang, General Manager of Eagle. “It is well-known among consumers and installers and is undoubtedly the most suitable solution to make installation of our products quick and easy.”

In addition to the favored 5G technology, Eagle will start using Välinge's new PRO technology on selected products. PRO is developed to ensure up to two times stronger vertical connections and significantly increases the durability of all resilient products. Available as 2G PRO, 5G-i PRO and 5G PRO, it improves the strength and longevity of angling, push-down and fold-down installations. 

Eagle is an ideal platform for Hawk Machinery to promote its extensive line-up of state-of-the-art floor production machinery. To meet market demand, they are expanding their range to include SPC chevron products featuring Välinge’s 5G technology. They’ve integrated a cutting-edge chevron double-end tenoner into their manufacturing process, specifically tailored for producing chevron flooring profiled with Välinge's technology. This ensures high-quality products with angle accuracy and easy installation.
