Merola Tile Distributors of America, based in Manalapan, New Jersey, announced it acquired Pan American Ceramics in Mira Loma, California, on June 1, 2024, and the entities will now do business under the name Pan American Ceramics by Merola Tile. 

In a combined statement, Merola Tile Distributors of America CEO John Merola and Pan American Ceramics President Tom Carr said the move will offer customers expanded access to products and services and new locations on the West Coast.
