Dallas-based Impact Property Solutions has successfully acquired OneSource Flooring and Interiors, a local Arizona company that specializes in providing flooring products and installation services to the multifamily and commercial sectors. This strategic move is part of Impact’s broader expansion strategy within the Phoenix market.  The terms of the deal were not publicly disclosed.

OneSource Flooring and Interiors, which was founded in 2007, is known for its extensive experience in the Phoenix market, with a particular focus on multifamily replacement flooring. In its new role under Impact, the company’s leadership will work to oversee and integrate all of Impact’s operations in the Phoenix area. This will include the existing Phoenix operation that Impact acquired as part of its 2023 purchase of Interior Concepts.

Impact’s acquisition of OneSource is just the latest in a series of strategic moves for the company. The deal marks Impact’s fifth acquisition since the end of 2020. The company is now looking expand its presence in the Sun Belt and is exploring opportunities to expand into other regions.

OneSource's leadership will include founder Brandon Haber and OneSource President Mazeratie Sweet and will oversee Impact’s total Phoenix operations as of September 1, 2024.
