Summit International Flooring, one of the nation's premiere specialty flooring suppliers, put sustainability at the forefront at this year’s HD Expo, showcasing products from a range of brands, including Object Carpet, a manufacturer of woven and tufted carpets in broadloom and carpet tiles. 

As the hospitality industry evolves towards ecoluxury and travelers demand socially responsible establishments, Summit pledges to work with environmentally conscious manufacturers while still providing unique products for the luxury market. Summit International Flooring provides European, minimalistic styles, hospitality carpets, and resilient flooring for commercial and residential applications. 

Object Carpet's products are manufactured cradle-to-cradle carpets composed of only one or two components, respectively, that are made to be recycled as well as bespoke rugs. The soft surface products include no bitumen, PVC or latex. 

The Object Carpet collections showcased at the HD Expo were Forum and Freestile. The Forum collections include the Welltex Acoustic Plus backing that is made from recycled PET. Freestile is a smooth loop tile boasting geometric patterns and organic textures.
