Commercial resilient flooring manufacturer Taj Flooring, Inc. has expanded its headquarters in Elgin, Illinois.  

The expansion, managed by M3 Construction Solutions, added 12,500 square feet of warehouse space, bringing the building to 35,000 square feet. The expansion accommodates more commercial flooring products, including luxury vinyl tile and sheet flooring used for healthcare, senior living, multifamily, retail, hospitality, education, transportation, and workplace projects. The new space will offer more room for social gatherings and marketing initiatives that are key to supporting the business’s continued growth.

“We have invested in expanding our current Elgin facility to increase our inventory capacity by fifty percent," said Taj President Tom Powell.  "This investment will allow us to broaden our product offering while building deeper stock levels to support our customer growth and national account efforts."
