The Coval SP-HV sprayer, based on industry-standard diaphragm pump technology, uses a separate air compressor to drive the pump, ensuring high efficiency and reliability. This pump system paired with Coval coatings can drive production rates of coating 50,000 square feet in just four hours. It is achievable with a minimal crew of three to four people, after floor preparation. It is the most efficient and affordable solution for sealing and coating large surfaces such as factory floors, aircraft hangars, outdoor driveways, and flatwork projects.

The new SP-HV sprayer is Teflon-coated with EPDM seals, allowing it to be used for spraying Coval primers and coatings, in addition to cleaning chemicals, densifiers, acetone dyes, and a variety of non-acidic chemicals, apart from Xylene, benzene, and toluene. This versatility makes it an invaluable tool for any large-scale project.
