Floors & More announced the appointment of Vinnie Virga Jr. as president and Kevin Levitsky as vice president, marking a significant leadership transition at the flooring retail group.

Virga Jr., who joined the company in 2019 and served as vice president since 2020, spearheaded initiatives that increased membership by over 63%. His extensive field experience includes visiting more than 200 independent flooring retailers across North America since 2023.

"Though he lacks the 'gray hair experience,' Vinnie has done every job in flooring retailing and understands the world of both small and large floor showrooms," said Bob Duke, owner of Floor Magic and the first member recruited by Virga Jr.

Levitsky, with the company since 2017 as director of operations and finance, has driven program purchases up 37% since 2020 and managed the rollout of over 200 private branded displays.

Vincent Virga, CEO and founder, expressed confidence in the new leadership team: "Their commitment to our members, partners, and growth is inspirational. Together they will lead our day-to-day operations and the realization of our goals."

The appointments are effective January 1, 2025, as the company pursues its expansion target of 200+ locations by 2029.
