Mohawk's Builder + Multifamily business is playing a key role in the upcoming Vision House Las Vegas project, providing innovative flooring solutions for a development that demonstrates sustainable, high-performance living.

Located in Henderson's Cadence community, the project features three demonstration homes that will be open to visitors during the International Builders' Show (IBS). The homes showcase Mohawk's PureTech, SmartStrand and SolidTech flooring lines, highlighting the company's environmental commitment.

The "Crossing the Rubicon" themed project emphasizes net zero building practices, electrification, energy and water efficiency, healthy home features, solar power with storage capabilities, and resilient design elements.

Mohawk's PureTech flooring is PVC-free, made with 70% recycled content, and features an 80% renewable, organic core with lifetime waterproof warranty. SmartStrand carpet incorporates renewable plant-based ingredients, while SolidTech provides waterproof flooring suitable for any room.
