Construction Resources, a distributor based in Decatur, Georgia, announced on April 8, 2025, that it has completed the acquisition of Opustone, L.L.C., a luxury stone slab and tile distributor with three showroom locations across South Florida.

Construction Resources, which was acquired by The Home Depot in December 2023, specializes in distributing and installing design-oriented surfaces, appliances, cabinets, and specialty products for professional contractors and designers.

Opustone, which operates showrooms in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach, specializes in premium surfaces for high-end residential and commercial design projects. The company's existing leadership team and staff will remain in place following the acquisition.
