UCX, a distributor based in Mansfield, Massachusetts, welcomes Lynn Druan as its Chief Financial Officer. Reporting to UCX President Paul Castagliuolo, Druan will strengthen and streamline the company's financial operations and drive greater operational efficiency. 

Druan previously served as CFO at Matter Surfaces (formerly Mats Inc.), a flooring supplier in Stoughton, Massachusetts. During her time there, she led key functions encompassing finance, purchasing, credit/collections, and IT. Her background includes expertise in financial strategy, system implementation, and process re-engineering. 

With operations in over 20 states across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Southwest, UCX is the culmination of three industry leaders in flooring distribution – The Belknap White Group, JJ Haines & Company, and Swiff-Train Company – uniting to deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience (UCX).
