MFM Building Products and NAC Products Join Forces to Deliver Complete Building Waterproofing Portfolio

MFM Building Products, a manufacturer of waterproofing and weather barrier products based in Coshocton, Ohio, has merged with National Applied Construction (NAC) Products, Inc. to create a single-source provider for complete building envelope waterproofing solutions, from foundation to roof.
The new partnership creates a more comprehensive offering, as MFM's traditional focus on exterior waterproofing products will now extend to include NAC's interior solutions for crack isolation, sound control, and waterproofing. NAC will continue its operations as the MFM Flooring Division.
"The merger is a win-win solution for our customers who will still receive the same products and services in a more streamlined fashion," said Brian Petit, MFM Flooring division director. "MFM is able to provide added technical support, R&D capabilities, and customer service resources which will benefit our customers."
NAC Products has been pioneering flooring protection systems since introducing its revolutionary ECB (elastomeric crack bridging) anti-fracture membrane in 1983, which prevents tile cracking in both commercial and residential applications. The company has continued to innovate with additional products for sound control and general waterproofing.
MFM President Tony Reis emphasized the natural fit between the companies: "Our relationship with NAC made this a logical move for both companies. We have always been focused on exterior waterproofing products. Now we can offer our customers interior solutions as well."
As a 100% employee-owned company, MFM Building Products continues its commitment to manufacturing all products in the USA.
