Milat Floor, a subsidiary of top-ranked Turkish company Milat Carpet, has finalized a licensing agreement with i4F to implement its drop-lock technology across its new SPC product collections, according to an announcement from i4F.

The flooring manufacturer will begin producing these enhanced SPC flooring lines at its cutting-edge production facility in Gaziantep, Turkey, as early as September 2025. The new products featuring i4F's drop-lock system are slated for worldwide distribution.

Milat Floor, headquartered in Istanbul, is a division of Milat Carpet, which holds distinction as one of Turkey's Top 500 companies. The company specializes in manufacturing luxury SPC and LVT flooring solutions designed to meet diverse needs across both residential and commercial applications.

The company's production capabilities are centered at its technologically advanced manufacturing facility in Gaziantep, where it creates premium flooring products that balance durability with aesthetic versatility and environmental responsibility. The Milat group has expanded its manufacturing footprint beyond Turkey with additional production facilities operating in Bulgaria and Egypt.

I4F, known for providing patented technologies to the flooring industry, will supply its proprietary drop-lock system for integration into Milat's upcoming SPC product lines. This locking technology is designed to enhance installation efficiency and product performance in modern flooring applications.
