Patcraft marked its 80th anniversary at NeoCon with several new collections that showcase the company's evolution from hand-crafted textiles to high-performance, machine-crafted commercial flooring. 

The 2025 NeoCon showroom celebrated 80 years of history and innovation. A history wall and video showcased how Patcraft's legacy began in 1945 with intricate design in hand-crafted textiles – the original cut and loop – as a tufted chenille bedspread company.

"Our legacy began with intricate design in hand-crafted textiles as a tufted chenille bedspread company in 1945," said Shannon Cochran, vice president of product development for Patcraft. "Throughout our 80 years we've experienced a lot of change—transforming process and technique alongside the evolution of an industry."

The new introductions include Modern Finds, a carpet tile collection inspired by woven textiles and traditional tufting techniques, featuring five complementary 12" x 48" tiles in nine colorways. The collection uses EcoSolution Q100 yarn made from 100% recycled content nylon fiber.

Three resilient collections expand Patcraft's ReMaterial platform with three additions: Block + Blend offers parquet-inspired wood visuals in 12 colorways with pops of blue, green, and teal; Mix + Mason features terrazzo-inspired designs in 18 colorways available in 16" x 31" planks; and Slab + Stone provides classic stone visuals in slate, concrete, travertine, and marble styles across 21 colorways.

All resilient products feature multi-layer cores that withstand extreme indentation up to 2,500 psi and are backed by 25-year warranties. The collections incorporate ExoGuard+ finish technology for enhanced scratch and stain resistance while maintaining the company's commitment to designing products that can be recycled into new flooring at the end of life.
