Greenbuild Names Gloria Walton as Keynote Speaker for November Conference

Greenbuild has announced that Gloria Walton, president and CEO of The Solutions Project, will deliver the keynote address on November 7, at 11:30 a.m. PT.
Walton leads The Solutions Project, a nonprofit that funds and amplifies climate justice solutions developed by frontline communities working toward an equitable and regenerative economy. She is recognized as an award-winning community organizer, writer, and speaker who is disrupting industry norms through power and movement building.
Described as one of the country's most exciting "next generation" political leaders, Walton has been named "New President to Watch" and one of the "50 Most Powerful Women in Philanthropy" by Inside Philanthropy.
Her numerous accolades include the TIME CO2 Earth Awards for climate justice commitment, NAACP-LA's Empowerment Award, and the LA League of Conservation Voters Environmental Justice Champion Award. She has also been recognized as a Grist 50 Fixer and Bloomberg New Economy Catalyst.
Walton's keynote will focus on climate justice solutions and community-driven approaches to building sustainable, equitable economies.
