Bon Tool Company, a manufacturer of professional-grade construction tools and equipment based in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, has acquired ArtCrete, a Louisiana-based specialist in decorative concrete and stencil systems. The acquisition strengthens Bon Tool's Bonway Decorative Concrete Division and expands the company's product portfolio to over 10,000 SKUs.

A pioneer in the decorative concrete industry, ArtCrete brings over 30 years of industry experience and a comprehensive product line, including non-adhesive and adhesive paper stencils, liquid and powder release agents, color hardeners, antiquing agents, overlays, and specialty decorative concrete accessories. 

"The decorative concrete segment has seen steady growth since before COVID, and it continues to expand as residential and commercial projects demand more aesthetic, durable surface solutions," said Jim Oros, product line manager at Bonway Division. "ArtCrete's proven products and strong industry reputation are an excellent fit within our Bonway Decorative Concrete Division."

The acquisition positions Bon Tool to better serve the growing decorative concrete flooring market, where contractors increasingly use overlays, stencils, and specialty finishes to transform plain concrete floors into attractive, durable surfaces for retail spaces, restaurants, warehouses, and residential applications.

The acquisition provides strategic benefits beyond product expansion. ArtCrete's Louisiana operations strengthen Bon Tool's presence in the Southern United States, enabling faster shipping, improved local inventory, and enhanced customer support throughout the region.
