Engineered Floors has named Trey Thames as vice president of residential sales, effective immediately. In this role, Thames will oversee the direct sales operations for the company's residential business segment and report directly to Will Young, senior vice president of residential sales.

Thames brings extensive experience in marketing, product management, and field sales. His track record includes successfully growing brands and developing high-performing sales teams at Stanton, Mohawk and Shaw.
