The new additions—Blanco, Fendi, Arena, Cedro, Quadro, and Amazon—offer a diverse palette ranging from blonde to cocoa tones. Each plank measures up to five meters long (nearly 16.5 feet) and 400mm wide, making them among the largest wood flooring options available commercially.

Engineered for Maximum Impact

The super-wide and super-long planks are cut from slices of the largest European Oak trees, creating what the company describes as a "majestic flooring option" that naturally elongates spaces and delivers dramatic interior effects. Part of the prestigious Handgrade Premier line, the collection targets commercial projects and grand residences seeking distinctive, exclusive flooring.

Each plank can be installed without header joints, allowing individual pieces to run perpendicular along the full length of a room. The boards are available in variable widths to add visual interest, with each piece being completely bespoke.

Specialized Manufacturing Process

The manufacturing process for Colossal planks involves significant technical innovation. Each board undergoes a meticulous hand-finishing process over several days, including a unique pressing procedure designed for maximum durability. The company has developed custom-built kilns specifically for drying the oversized logs used in the collection.

Scott noted that the company has already seen the range specified for "exceptional projects around the world" and expressed excitement about how the new hero colors will feature in future high-end installations.

Sustainable and Compatible

All Colossal Collection planks are made from premium, sustainably sourced FSC® Certified European oak (FSC-C009500). The flooring is fully compatible with underfloor heating systems, making it suitable for a wide range of residential and commercial applications.

The collection requires a lead time of eight to twelve weeks depending on specifications, reflecting the bespoke nature of each installation.
