Rugs USA, a leading online retailer and supplier of area rugs, has partnered with Padma Lakshmi to debut the Padma Lakshmi x Rugs USA collection, marking the TV host, author, and activist’s first foray into home design.

The collection features 17 versatile designs across multiple materials, colors, and sizes, from luxe wool to washable options. Each rug reflects Lakshmi’s values of comfort, authenticity, and effortless elegance, with styles that balance statement-making design and everyday functionality.

Highlights include machine-washable options ideal for busy households, plush textures that prioritize comfort underfoot, and a versatile aesthetic that complements both minimalist and character-rich interiors.

“I wanted to have something for everyone, while making sure the rugs still have personality,” Lakshmi said. “I live on the floor, so what’s under my feet really matters to me—and now I get to design that.”
