Regular member business entities are eligible to participate, but associate member firms are not eligible. The academic scholarship competition is open to the children and grandchildren of owners and employees of WFCA regular member organizations.

Scholarships will be awarded on a competitive basis, including a demonstrated interest by applicants in contributing to the advancement of the floor covering industry. The scholarship applications must be received by the WFCA no later than Friday, March 30, 2001. Waivers will not be granted due to delayed mail deliveries.
