Jobless claims fall
WASHINGTON--Fewer people are filing for unemployment benefits and U.S. businesses are building up their inventories, according to a recent Labor Department report.
Last week those applying for first-time state unemployment benefits dropped to a seasonally adjusted 377,000.
This week was the 10th consecutive week that initial jobless claims remained below 400,000.
